We Support United Nations Global Compact
We reaffirm our support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment, and Anti-Corruption.
As a signatory to the UN Global Compact, we annually release our Communication on Progress to disclose our continuous efforts in integrating the Ten Principles into our business strategy, culture, and daily operations, and contribute to United Nations goals, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals.

Sustainability Governance
The Board has entrusted the Board Risk Oversight Committee (BROC) with the overall responsibility of ensuring that Converge’s impacts on the economy, environment (including climate), and people (including human rights) are effectively managed.
