In 1992
Pampanga-based ICT provider ComClark Network and Technology Corporation was established.

In 1996
ComClark Network and Technology Corporation was founded as an internet service provider and built the first fiber link between Angeles City and the Clark Special Economic Zone.

In 1997 to 2006
ComClark introduced new services and expanded into adjacent provinces such as Bulacan, Bataan, and Zambales.

In 2007
ComClark formed Converge ICT Solutions Inc. as a subsidiary to provide broadband internet and other connectivity services to residential and enterprise customers nationwide. Converge remained dormant as it awaited the requisite licenses and approvals to operate.

In 2009
Republic Act No. 9707 granted Converge its franchise from the Philippine Congress to construct, install, establish, operate, and maintain telecommunications systems throughout the Philippines for 25 years.

In 2011
Converge obtained a Provisional Authority from the National Telecommunications Commission to install, operate, and maintain a nationwide broadband internet network.

In 2012
Converge began its fixed broadband internet operations.

In 2013
Converge launched its fixed broadband services in Metro Manila and incorporated Metroworks ICT Construction Inc. to manage the network rollout.

In 2016
Converge conducted its inaugural grand media launch, announcing its vision to the public.

In 2019
Warburg Pincus invested US$225 million (through Coherent Cloud) to help Converge accelerate its nationwide network expansion plans.

In 2020
The company debuted on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the stock symbol CNVRG. The company reached the 1 million residential subscribers mark.

In 2021
Converge completed its national subsea cable project and became available in Visayas and Mindanao. Qualified for early inclusion in the Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) as one of the 30 blue-chip Philippine companies.

In 2023
Converge launched Surf2Sawa, the country’s first prepaid broadband service, and BIDA Fiber, the company’s most affordable postpaid offering.
