Converge network services have been adversely affected in our service areas hardest hit by Severe Tropical Storm PAENG (NALGAE).

Our teams have been mobilized to immediately restore services while ensuring the safety of our personnel. For areas that are still experiencing rain or flooding, we are on stand-by to commence restoration work as soon as safety is secured.

To ensure the safety of our employees and customers, the following Converge business centers affected by Severe Tropical Storm Paeng are temporarily closed:

  • Daet, Camarines Norte
  • Naga City
  • Iriga, Camarines Sur

Meanwhile, our business centers in Calamba, San Pedro, and Santa Rosa in Laguna will shorten their operating hours and close at 3 p.m. today.

Additionally, our business centers in Olongapo City and Iba and Santa Cruz in Zambales  will close at 4 p.m.
