Leading fiber internet service provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. kicked-off its second half of the year initiatives in the Bicol region with #XperienceBetter Caravan in the cities and municipalities of Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay and Sorsogon.

“2020 was a challenging year for us here in Bicol due to the pandemic and the series of typhoons that struck the region in the last quarter of the year. However, we are committed to ensure that we will continue to provide the best service that our Bicolanos deserve,” said Converge OIC – Regional Sales Head Jay M. Villalobos.

He added that the Converge team in Bicol pledges their full dedication and support for the continuous roll out of fiber in the region, improvement in lead time of Subscribers’ Lines Repair (SLR) and Subscribers’ Lines Install (SLI), and enhancement of customer service across all the channels.

With the company’s vision to provide highspeed, pure end-to-end fiber internet to millions of unserved and underserved households and businesses across the Philippines, Converge is continuously looking for ways to bring its superior, differentiated products, and exceptional service closer to the Filipino communities.
