Converge ICT Opens Two Business Centers in North Luzon

Strengthening its foothold in North Luzon, leading fiber broadband service provider Converge ICT Solutions has opened two business centers, specifically in the towns of Tuguegarao in Cagayan and Bayombong in Nueva Vizcaya.

Since 2018, Converge has rolled out more than half a million lines in the region. This expansion allows Converge to service up to 137 cities and municipalities within North Luzon — enabling more households and businesses to be powered by a pure fiber internet connectivity.

“Here in Converge, we always look for ways to serve our customers better. We are opening our Tuguegarao and Bayombong business centers in order to serve our customers’ sales and after-sales concerns faster and more effectively,” said Converge Chief Operations Officer Jesus Romero.

With the presence of the two business centers in the region, customers can easily book appointments for their transactions and queries through the center’s respective hotlines.

By 2025, Converge aims to reach 55% of total Philippine households. To achieve this, it continues to expand to new areas such as those in North Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and deepen its presence in regions where it currently operates.
